Product Order

By clicking the button "Confirm" at the end of the shopping procedure you make a binding order for the goods in your shopping cart.
You will get a confirmation e-mail for your order immediately.
You will receive a download ID via e-mail after we received the money on our bank account or on our Paypal account. This download ID entitles you to get new versions of the bought add-on within the next year with a maximum of 10 downloads. You need your account data for that. Keep them on a save place.
If you have paid via Paypal e-check payment method, this eCheck Payment will remain "Uncleared" until the funds have cleared from your account, which usually takes 4-7 business days. You will get the Download ID when the funds have cleared into our PayPal balance.

E-mail Confirmation

A lot of providers have anti spam filters which prohibit that you receive e-mails from us. There are known problems with Hotmail, MSN, Arcor, AOL und Yahoo.
If you haven't got an e-mail from us, please contact us with another e-mail address.

Payment

We only accept German Bank Transfer (for Germans only), EU Bank Transfer (European Union only) and Paypal (World).
You will receive our bank account data and the total amount via e-mail. If you pay via bank account transfer, please use the purchase order number as subject.

Download ID

You will receive the download ID via e-mail after we received the money on our bank account or on our Paypal account. For that it is necessary, that your e-mail address is valid.
Alternatively you can download your paid product in our shop without the download ID.

• Just log in to the shop
• Click on "Your Account"
• In the section "Order Information" you will find all your purchased products
• Click on "View"
• And then "Click on Product Name to Download File"

Product Usage

You are allowed to use one bought add-on on one Joomla!/Mambo installation only. To use it on more sites, you need to buy extra licenses for each.

Restitution of Software

Restitution of downloadable software isn't possible at all. Please read the requirements of the offered products carefully. If you are unsure about having the necessary requirements, please ask your provider.
For the most of our products there is a demo site available. Check this site first before you buy. Also read the complete product description on our site. If you have questions concerning the functionality ask us before you buy.

Protection of Privacy

Personal and company data of the customers are collected and used only for processing the offered services. Personal data are not contracted out.
With using our services, you agree to get information about news and offers from Sigsiu.NET. This agreement can be canceled at any time.

Cancellation of your Purchase Order

All unpaid purchase orders will be canceled four weeks after ordering without notification.

Deletion of your User Account

Your user account will be deleted three months after your last login if you haven't purchased any product.
